In the wake of the recent coronavirus global pandemic, I would like to give our business ecosystem an update on how we are navigating our business so that we can remain true to our mission, to provide customer centric data solutions while maintaining exceptional customer service.

First and foremost, we are stressing the importance of our employees, their families and broader community. We have sent an advisory to our employees to ensure their safety and well-being with necessary precautions to take as recommended by the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Employees are encouraged to take preventative measures while working remotely and we are canceling in person industry events and tradeshows in the near-term future.

We are in close contact with all of our suppliers and we are trying to mitigate the impact of any delay in the supply chain. Most importantly, we do not anticipate any interruption in customer support. Our support organization will be available during our normal support hours to assist our customers across all StorCentric brands, Nexsan, Drobo, Retrospect and Vexata. Our global support personnel all have the tools necessary to fully continue support operations from their home offices. This becomes extremely important as we continue to support some of the largest healthcare and research facilities in the world. I am truly humbled at the efforts of the larger healthcare community as they selflessly act to care for the most vulnerable.
