In 2020, we project that NVMe flash adoption will continue to grow. We are developing solutions that address this technology across a broad set of customers.

Our biggest investment will be within software-defined storage.
What do you see as the biggest challenges facing customers in 2020?
In 2020, as businesses grow larger, and reduce investments in their customer service organizations, customers will not get the attention that they deserve. StorCentric will always have storage expertise coupled with world class customer centricity, no matter how big or small the customer is.
What is key to success for your channel partners in 2020?
We have had great success with partners when they engage with our executive team (including our CEO and CTO) and take us to meet face-to-face customer meetings. We have a 100% success rate where the end customer can engage with us and ask any questions directly. Our commitment to the customer will continues to remain visible, and a top priority.
